At Sarzana Luxury Accommodation we want to be fast, reliable and transparent in everything we publish on our site. If you can't find the answer you're looking for in the list below, contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

How far is it from Sarzana train station?

The train station is about 450 meters away. About 4 minutes on foot, to reach our facilities you can enjoy a pleasant walk in the historic center of our beautiful town.

- Can I reach the Cinque Terre directly?

Direct shuttle trains to the Cinque Terre depart and arrive from the Sarzana train station.

You can reach La Spezia in a few minutes by train or bus and from there reach Portovenere, Lerici or the Cinque Terre even by sea by going to Passeggiata Morin, where you will find boat transfers.

Can I park under the structure?

Palazzo Lari and La Foresteria are located in the central Via Mazzini in the pedestrian area, this will give you the opportunity to enjoy the historic center among boutiques, clubs and pastry shops.

During check-in we will advise you on the most convenient, safe and closest parking spaces to the facilities.

We have private parking, a 5-minute walk away, equipped with a barrier and camera, upon reservation until all spaces are filled, at an additional cost.

-Do you serve breakfast?

As we are a B&B we cannot serve breakfast, you will find in the structure at La Foresteria a kettle with tea and herbal teas and an espresso machine, at Palazzo Lari a free basket with packaged products and welcome mineral water.

We will recommend our favorite pastry shops within walking distance of the facilities.

-Do you accept dogs?

The Foresteria accepts dogs on request up to medium size, with an extra supplement of 20 euros you will be provided with a kennel and bowls, it is forbidden to leave the dog alone in the room and free around the structure or on the terrace.

It is forbidden to use the terrace as a walking area.

At Palazzo Lari we do NOT accept dogs.

-Can you smoke?

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the facilities.

Smoking is permitted on the terraces at La Foresteria
